Billing, Payment and Student Account Services
The Student Accounts Office is responsible for tuition billing (including the posting of financial aid to student accounts), issuing refunds and managing collections.
Office Information
Student Accounts is part of the Office of Financial Services and the Registrar, which is located on the first floor of the Administration Building in room 104. We're open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET Monday - Friday. You can reach us by email at HelpFinReg@setonhill.edu or by phone at (724) 830-1010.

How do I make a payment?

What is Nelnet?
Nelnet is an award-winning higher education payment solutions provider. Seton Hill uses Nelnet to ensure secure, high-level payment, billing and payment processing services. Enrolled students access Seton Hill’s Nelnet portal through MySHU, Seton Hill’s intranet.
How will I receive my billing statement?
Students receive an email letting them know when a new billing statement is available. Billing statements are processed monthly and are provided electronically through the Nelnet portal.
How do I give my parents/guardian access to my billing statement?
If a student would like a parent, guardian, or another individual to have access to billing information, they must add them as an Authorized Payer through the Nelnet portal. Authorized Payers will receive their own login credentials and can view billing information, make payments, and receive email notifications when new billing statements are available.
When is my bill due?
