Applying for Aid
New & Prospective Students
Apply to Seton Hill
As a new or prospective student, you must complete and submit the Seton Hill University application for admission and be accepted to the University before any financial aid is offered. However, as a prospective student you don't have to wait for an admission decision to get started applying for aid.
File the FAFSA
New and prospective students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to apply for aid at Seton Hill University. The FAFSA application determines eligibility for federal, state and most Seton Hill aid as well as Federal Direct Stafford Loans and work study.Get the process started as soon as possible for the best chance at aid, and remember to release your FAFSA results to Seton Hill by including our Title IV school code: 003362 on the FAFSA. (You can also include other schools you are interested in on your FAFSA - you don't have to fill out a separate form for each school.) The FAFSA can be completed online.
The FAFSA should be submitted as soon as possible after October 1st of the year prior to a student's expected enrollment and no later than May 1st of the year of expected enrollment.
Current Students
Returning Seton Hill students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year as part of the aid renewal process.
