The Medical Spanish minor at Seton Hill allows students in a range of health care fields to combine language study with career preparation. Current Medical Spanish minors include students in Nursing, Physician Assistant, Osteopathic Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, Psychology, Exercise Science, Health Science, and many other programs.

Students in the Medical Spanish minor participate in short-term study abroad in the Spanish-speaking world. Recent trips have included service experiences and medical opportunities in the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Mexico, and Costa Rica.

Course work in Conversational Medical Spanish can help students meet liberal arts requirements in US Cultures, Global Perspectives, Western Cultures, and Language study.
