Career & Professional Development Center

According to U.S. News and World Report, the number of jobs in cybersecurity will grow at a rate of 36.5% through 2022, which is much higher than the average. When it comes to pay, the Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that the lowest 10% of positions in the field earned $50,300 annually, while the highest 10% - positions requiring a bachelor's degree - earned more than $140,460. This nationwide trend holds true in the Pittsburgh market, with cybersecurity job postings growing rapidly at three times the rate of IT jobs overall since 2010. At Seton Hill, we'll help you find your place in the industry with a Career and Professional Development Center that will help you find a cybersecurity-related internship during your time here, and a job in this fast-growing field when you graduate.
