Seton Hill’s Adaptive Online Instruction Certificate is a quick, affordable way to gain the up-to-the-minute knowledge and skills needed to teach, present information, or conduct training sessions online. Courses are Act 48 approved and count toward continuing education hours required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.

How You’ll Learn

Convenient Online Program Format

The Adaptive Online Instruction Certificate is offered fully online through Seton Hill’s Graduate Program. All courses are taught by faculty from the Seton Hill School of Education and Applied Social Sciences.

Manageable Time Commitment

The Adaptive Online Instruction Certificate is offered August through June. As a student, you will take 4 courses, each 8 weeks long, with start times in August or January.

No GMAT or GRE Required

The Adaptive Online Instruction Certificate Program requires a minimum 3.0 GPA during undergraduate study. 

  • A completed graduate study application form. (Apply online now for free!)
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and official undergraduate transcripts from all institutions attended.
  • Official transcript(s) from any institution(s) in which postbaccalaureate or graduate course work was completed.
  • One letter of recommendation written by an appropriate professional.
  • A current resume.
  • A personal statement explaining how the Seton Hill graduate program can help you accomplish your professional goals.
