Use Your College in High School Credits to Earn a Degree in as Little as Three Years
Starting with the fall semester of 2023, incoming first-year traditional bachelor's degree students who have earned at least 12 college credits in high school will be able to complete their Seton Hill degree in as little as three years. This highly personalized academic plan can be created for specified majors throughout all five schools of study at Seton Hill: Business, Humanities, Visual and Performing Arts, Natural and Health Sciences, and Education and Applied Social Sciences.
“This new effort will provide students with a personalized road map that will allow them to graduate early, saving them time and money, and allowing them to enter their career field or graduate school at an accelerated rate.”
How it Works
- Earn 12 or more college credits during high school through Seton Hill's College in High School and Dual Enrollment or other pre-college credit programs.
- Apply to Seton Hill as a first-time traditional bachelor’s degree student.
- Let your Seton Hill admissions counselor know that you have earned pre-college credits and are interested in graduating from college early.
- Collaborate with your faculty academic advisor to create a degree plan that works for you.
